Ryan Lehane

Ryan joins Tower Capital from Hines where he was a Development Analyst for their Phoenix office. While at Hines, Ryan was heavily involved in underwriting new development for their Land, Build-to-Rent, and Mixed-Use pursuits. Ryan was in charge of developing dynamic cash flow models, maintaining project budgets/draws, compiling investment memorandums, and performing extensive market research.

Prior to working at Hines, Ryan was a graduate of Arizona State’s Master of Real Estate Development program (MRED), which he completed while working as a Property Accountant at ViaWest Group – a prominent Phoenix developer focused on Industrial & Office projects. While at ViaWest, Ryan was responsible for the accounting functions of 13 different commercial assets, totaling more than 500,000 square feet.

Ryan is actively involved in NAIOP, and was a 2023 graduate of their Young Professionals Group. He is also involved in ULI, and graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
