OUR VALUES
Committing to the Client
We work tirelessly to ensure our clients are treated fairly by avoiding conflicts of interest, streamlining the closing process, and by holding our fees as a secondary priority to the well-being of our clients. We maintain our independence and are never beholden to any one lender, which means our focus is purely on finding the most preferential terms for the benefit of each individual client.
Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships
Our deep network is due to our commitment to honoring clients, capital relationships, and 3rd party vendors as integral elements of success for our firm and for each transaction. We strive to forge and maintain long term relationships with all our partners.
Focusing on Integrity
By following the Golden Rule, we uphold professionalism and respect as integral to our firm, treating others as we would like to be treated. Maintaining our relationships with people and our positive reputation in the community is more important than any fee. We want to be known in the community for our integrity, honesty, and loyalty to each client.
Implementing a Strategic Approach
Implementing a strategic approach leads to a streamlined process that enhances surety of execution and allows us to target the best capital for each unique situation. An emphasis on teamwork and collaboration adds to our increased efficiency, ensuring that both our team and yours are always working toward the same objectives. We know that the more brain power we have solving problems the faster and better we are at creating solutions for our clients.
Adhering to an Entrepreneurial Mindset
Tenacity, passion, and flexibility are some of the characteristics found in most entrepreneurs and are shared by the founders of Tower Capital, along with our clients. We place an importance on remaining nimble so we can quickly adjust to changing market conditions in order to implement the most effective financing strategies on a go forward basis. Furthermore, because the members of our team possess experience on the principal side, we share a unique perspective with our clients that allows us to truly understand their needs and concerns.
About Us
With a combined 75 years of experience, we have participated in almost every area of the commercial real estate industry including real estate brokerage, mortgage banking, securities, private lending, and development – across all real estate asset classes.
In 2015 we founded Tower Capital, an independent structured finance firm focused on assisting real estate investors navigate the capital markets. Through a strategic team approach, we streamline the financing process to obtain the best solutions for our clients in the most time effective and least costly manor possible.
