Matt Hiltner

Matt specializes in debt and equity placement for ground up and existing multifamily, single-family build-for-rent, and residential communities in the western US and Mountain states. Prior to joining Tower Capital, Matt was principal at a Denver-based commercial mortgage brokerage focused on financing developments on behalf of middle market sponsors throughout the country. During Matt’s career he has been known for structuring creative financing solutions for complex projects, leading to more than $270 million in developments successfully capitalized in his previous position. Prior to that, Matt worked on behalf of a direct lender where he facilitated approximately $100 million in debt financing for ground-up and value-add residential and multifamily projects.

Matt began his Real Estate career as a residential broker and property investor with his company The Hiltner Real Estate Group and has transacted over $20M in residential sales.

Matt graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management.

In his downtime, Matt enjoys golfing, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and three children.
