KEVIN WIELAND

Senior Vice President

Kevin Wieland serves as a Senior Vice President of Tower Capital in Denver and brings more than two decades of CRE experience to his role at the structured finance firm. He is responsible for arranging debt and equity capital for investors to acquire, develop, reposition or refinance commercial real estate projects in the Rocky Mountain Region and key West Coast markets.

Prior to joining Tower Capital, Wieland served more than 13 years as a Principal at LaSalle Investment Management, and its predecessors, a direct lender involved in financing highly structured bridge loans across key commercial real estate asset classes. During two stints with the organization, he was responsible for originating, sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing more than $1.3 billion in debt investments. The non-recourse bridge debt was structured for value-add real estate transactions in the $5 million to $50 million range throughout the country

Earlier in his career, as a Vice President Commercial Real estate and Senior Asset Manager REO Group with Wells Fargo, Wieland was responsible for underwriting, structuring, closing and asset management of bridge and term loans for institutional and high net worth individuals across multiple asset types. He also held roles at CIM GROUP, LLC in Los Angeles, and Cushman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles.

Wieland earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
